Kindi Mann is the Founder and Managing Partner of Square House Capital, where he oversees investment strategy, acquisitions, and portfolio performance across the firm’s multifamily platform. He brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate and capital markets, with a track record exceeding $4.3 billion in closed transactions.
Before founding Square House Capital, Mr. Mann spent 16 years at Sterling Equities, ultimately serving as Head of Acquisitions. In that role, he led underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution for multifamily, mixed-use, office, and development opportunities across major U.S. markets. Earlier in his career, he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston, focusing on trading, risk analysis, and financial strategy.
At Square House Capital, Mr. Mann leads a disciplined, research-driven investment approach built around basis, fundamentals, and execution. His philosophy centers on transparency, alignment with partners, and thoughtful risk management—principles that guide the firm’s sourcing, underwriting, and asset-level decision-making. Mr. Mann holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Hudson Tang leads communications and investor experience at Square House Capital, where he oversees messaging, reporting quality, stakeholder engagement, and the firm’s broader brand strategy. He brings over a decade of experience managing operations, guest experience, and communications within hospitality and consumer-facing businesses—including leadership roles as a partner and operator of successful food and beverage concepts in New York.
Mr. Tang’s background gives him a unique ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible communication while maintaining a high standard of service and responsiveness. At Square House Capital, he supports investor relations, firmwide communications, and the consistency of the Square House brand across digital and in-person touchpoints. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Kimberly Simonian oversees all accounting and financial operations for Square House Capital, including property-level reporting, portfolio consolidations, and compliance. She brings experience from leading real estate ownership and development companies similar to Caruso, where she supported high-quality retail, mixed-use, and multifamily portfolios.
At Square House Capital, Ms. Simonian manages monthly and quarterly closes, prepares financial statements, and ensures precise tracking of income, expenses, and capital activity across the firm’s assets. Her disciplined approach strengthens investor reporting, audit readiness, and the firm’s overall financial stewardship.

Omar Faruqe supports Square House Capital’s investment, underwriting, and portfolio analysis functions, bringing more than seven years of experience in financial modeling, commercial asset valuation, and data-driven decision support across U.S. real estate markets. His background includes conducting underwriting and due diligence for leading U.S. banks and financial institutions, designing proprietary financial models, and evaluating complex transactions with a focus on accuracy, risk assessment, and long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Square House Capital, Omar served as a Senior Financial Analyst working with the largest U.S. banks where he led CMBS underwriting, cash-flow forecasting, variance analysis, and detailed review of third-party diligence materials. His experience spans multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use assets, with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and portfolio performance evaluation. Omar holds an MBA in Finance & Banking from the IIU University.

Shub Raj Lama leads data engineering and technology initiatives at Square House Capital, where he develops the firm’s analytics infrastructure and enhances operational efficiency through real-time data pipelines. His work supports investment underwriting, market research, and ongoing asset performance analysis.
Mr. Lama also oversees the integration of advanced automation and AI tools across the platform, enabling more accurate forecasting, faster decision-making, and streamlined workflows.
