How We Select Markets

Our market selection process blends macro research with on-the-ground insight. We focus on high-growth U.S. markets that combine diversified employment bases, sustained population and household growth, healthy rent-to-income dynamics, and structural barriers to new supply. We also look for depth in capital markets and liquidity to support long-term ownership.

Within those markets, we target submarkets where residents want to live today—and are increasingly likely to want to live a decade from now.

Our current focus includes Central and broader TexasFloridaArizona, and select Southeast and Mountain West markets, with flexibility to pursue situational opportunities where data and long-term fundamentals strongly align with our investment thesis.
